Thippanahalli Heritage Mansion, Built in 1934 by Araluguppe Chandregowda, the mansion is a huge red building with a built up area of 11,000 Sft. With 28 rooms, it has a fine collection of rare paintings, artifacts, chandeliers, carpets, dolls, antique furnitures, collected over a period of five generations. Numerous celebrities have visited the heritage place, including HRH Krishna Rajendra Wodeyar, Sir Mirza Ismail, Dewan of Mysore, Former Prime Ministers Chandrashekar and H.D. Deve Gowda, Field Marshal Cariappa and many other luminaries.
